Have you ever looked at a photograph in a magazine and thought I love that old pot, cloth, chair etc.. but simply not known where to find it. Well, I hope this website will help you.
I am the daughter of two antique dealers and my childhood was spent following my parents around antiques fairs and auction houses. I am very grateful to them for that. Inevitably, I went on to study the History of Art and later interior design. Over the years I have become less concerned with the ornamentation in my home and more interested in the objects I use day in and day out: the texture of wood, the warmth of copper and the coolness of antique linen. I love the heirlooms too that have been passed down to me and the hint they give of the more formal world of an ancestor. I love the feeling of continuity these can give.
If you can’t find what you are looking for here call or e-mail me and I will always try to help.
Finally, I want to say a word about Kayleigh Radcliffe. Kayleigh is the wonderful artist who painted the images you see on this website. As you can see she creates witty, dark anthropomorphic images of animals. Kayleigh receives commissions for her work from throughout Europe and I was very proud when she agreed to provide the artwork for this website. Thank you Kayleigh.
